Payment And Queue
I require an upfront payment for most of my commissions! I am able to accept payment through Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. I do not accept Amino points, Deviant art Points, Cryptocurrency, or any other form of ‘online currency’.
You are only entitled to a FULL refund if I have not started your commission yet.
Additional characters: 100% the base price.
Complex markings, 4 or more fur colors, Extra limbs, Mechanical assets, and large feathered wings, etc. can all be subject to extra charge due to them taking extra time!
Solid colors, shapes and gradients are free of charge, detailed backgrounds can be up to 40 extra based off of complexity!
If you do not have a reference of a character that you would like for me to draw. I can take written descriptions, mood boards, and reference photos for a small fee.
I will send a work in progress shot at the sketch, line art, and flat stage. You are allowed up to 3 large revisions at the sketch stage specifically! Any big changes requested during the line art and coloring stages WILL be charged unless it is to fix a mistake on my end.
For deadlines, there is a rush fee of up to 50 USD depending on how soon you need it done relative to the commission date

Usage policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
You are NOT allowed to use the artwork for profit of any kind unless the commission was bought for commercial use.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price. This applies to all art including the usage of custom character designs in commercial work.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. This includes making and selling clothing with the artwork, use the art for books or posters, and promoting your own brand with it. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will become blacklisted
If you plan to use my art work for physical merchandise such as stickers, prints, or apparel, I kindly ask that you discuss this with me. I am not comfortable with others selling my work for profit in any form without my explicit permission. Thank you!
